The General Assembly will be held in the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA.

Hotel Reservations

Y-USA has secured discounted room blocks at several hotels near the convention center. Ys can expect room rates in the range of $239-329 per night.

IMPORTANT: Attendees can secure the discounted room rates only AFTER registering for the conference.

How to Reserve

Please register for General Assembly first, and then book your hotel.

Your confirmation email from “Y-USA Conference Registration” will include a link to the hotel reservation website. On the hotel reservation site, you will be prompted to enter the email address you used to register for the conference to access the hotel room options and make your reservation.

Keep in mind:

Register for the conference first to guarantee that you receive the discounted hotel rates within the conference room block. You will be guaranteed the discounted rates only AFTER you have registered for the conference. A credit card is required to guarantee your hotel reservation. Double occupancy reservations are available at most hotels. All conference hotels are located within walking distance (approx. one mile or less) of the convention center. For this reason, no shuttle service is provided.

ROOM BLOCKS

Group Room Block Availability

For attendee groups of 10 or more from one YMCA association, you may pre-purchase a block of hotel rooms at the conference rate. Pre-purchasing guarantees your group is housed at the same preferred hotel.
