Every step has a rhythm. Every community has a beat.
At the Sneaker Bash, your shoes aren’t just style; they’re instruments of movement, unity, and joy.
We’ll dance through the sounds of New Orleans—from jazz to bounce, gospel to funk, and soul to second line.
Dress Code: Come dressed to celebrate – whether in formal attire or your own comfort style! In a city where every step tells a story, complete your ensemble with the sneakers that move you.
NOTE: Guest tickets are available for purchase. Because alcohol will be served at cash bars, the Sneaker Bash is not suitable for children 17 and under.
Community Service Project
Stork’s Nest
Help us pack essential baby supplies for families in New Orleans! Volunteers will sort and assemble kits filled with essential items, creating a tangible difference for local families facing challenges. This community service project will strengthen the bond between GA attendees and New Orleans, supporting the city’s growth and resilience.
Volunteers may sign up for one half-hour shift during this three-hour event. Each shift is structured to maximize teamwork and efficiency, with dedicated roles for sorting, packing, and logistics.
Stork’s Nest is a cooperative project of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and the March of Dimes Foundation, with the goal of uplifting mothers and young children. Stork's Nest works in partnership with the Dryades YMCA and the YMCA of Greater New Orleans.
